BOOKING POLICIES

Booking

A non refundable booking fee is required to save the date and reserve the hair and makeup artists for the date requested.  This booking fee is then deducted off of the grand total that is owing. 

Workspaces
For mobile bookings we will require a workspace that is clean and well-ventilated, ideally with natural sunlight where possible. We suggest areas such as dining tables, kitchen benches or tables.  For hairstyling services we will also require the same workspace + a nearby power point. 

Travel & Parking
Travel fees are based on any location outside of the City of Calgary.  If your location is outside of Calgary, we will provide a travel fee in your quote. 

If any location has an associated parking fee, the fee will be billed to the client as seen on the final invoice.  

Booking Changes

We understand that dates do change.  We will try our best to accommodate the new date requested.  If we can not accommodate this new booking date, our booking polices will be in affect.  

Cancellations

We understand that life in general happens and cancellations are going to happen.   

If the booking is cancelled within 4+ months prior to your event date 50% of your original quote is owing.

If the booking is cancelled within 3+ months prior to your event date 60% of your original quote is owing.  

If the booking is cancelled within 2+ months prior to your event date 70% of your original quote is owing  

If the booking is cancelled within 1+ month prior to your event date 80% of your original quote is owing.   

If the booking is cancelled within 2+ weeks prior to your event date, 100% of your original quote is owing.
